RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made here on our site.
After making a reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please get in touch with us via missionescapes@gmail.com.
(Please note that the confirmation email could be in your spam folder.)

THE EXPERIENCE

It’s an exciting game and also suitable for pregnant women and people aged 65 and above.
However the games involve some physical activity so please understand that you’re not doing
an everyday activity and participation is at your own risk.

AGE

Children aged 14 and under will only be allowed to participate 
under the guidance of a chaperone aged 18 or older.

CONFIDENTIALITY

*NO PHOTOS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PUZZLE ROOM*
The fun of escape games is in solving the puzzles.
Grant your friends this experience by telling them about yours, but don’t tell them the secrets.
You may consider yourself sworn to secrecy!

CANCELLATIONS

Full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No cancellation fee applies.
50% refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
No refunds can be provided in case of a no-show.

ALCOHOL / DRUGS

The use of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited during the game.
If at the start of the game an employee of Mission Escapes doubts the condition of a participant,
the employee has the right to refuse that participant without restitution.
